Barbell

Barbell is a fast-paced workout that’s specifically designed to get you in top shape. It’s a 45 min full-body intense workout which is programmed to hit all the major muscle groups, so you truly get a complete workout.

Strength

Strength training, also known as resistance training, is any exercise that causes your muscles to contract against an outside resistance. This resistance can be your body weight, equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands, or even external forces like medicine balls or weight machines. The goal of strength training is to build muscle mass, strength, and endurance.

Dumbbell Circuits/Circuits

A circuit training class is a workout where you perform a series of different exercises back-to-back with minimal rest, creating a high-intensity, time-efficient workout that can improve both strength and cardiovascular fitness.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is a fast-paced workout that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief rest or low-intensity periods.These classes aim to maximize calorie burn and cardiovascular benefits in a shorter time compared to traditional steady-state cardio. HIIT can be done with various equipment and bodyweight exercises, pushing participants to their limits during the intense intervals.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp class is a structured, full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training. It’s designed to be challenging and intense, with the goal of improving overall fitness, strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health. The classes often incorporate a variety of exercises, including calisthenics, plyometrics, and interval training.

Cycling

Indoor cycling is a group cycling workout that takes place on stationary bikes. It’s led by an instructor who guides participants through a choreographed workout that focuses on strength, speed, and endurance. Cycle classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced riders.

Zumba

Zumba class is a high-energy, dance fitness party that combines Latin and international music with choreographed dance movements. It offers a fun and effective workout for all ages and fitness levels, with modifications to suit different abilities. The classes combine cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, making it a total body workout.

Yoga

A Yoga class involves a sequence of poses (asanas) designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, alongside breathing exercises (pranayama) and sometimes meditation. It’s a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind, offering numerous physical and mental health benefits. Yoga classes can range from gentle to challenging, with variations in style and intensity.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates class is a workout on a mat that focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body while emphasizing core muscles. It’s designed to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled movements, often incorporating props like bands, balls, or weights.

Juve Torres

Juve has been a group exercise instructor for over 13 years. It has been his passion to help people reach their goals. Juve enjoys being part of his clients’ journey by helping them to become healthier and more fit. His energy is un-matched!!! After taking one of Juve’s classes, you will say “Hip-Hip…..Juve!!!”

Christie Moretti

Christie has been a Zumba instructor for over 10 years. She was inspired to become an instructor after being a student herself. She felt that Zumba was great energy and motivation for people of all ages. Christie has always loved dancing and this was a perfect way for her to show others how to get in shape while following their passion. Christie has great energy and a huge Zumba following.

Danielle Hughes

With over 20 years as a certified group fitness instructor, Danielle combines her extensive experience with a genuine passion for teaching. She loves to empower people to feel healthy and strong. She is also a dedicated high school teacher, bringing her love of education into every workout. Danielle’s classes are built on the principle of progress, not perfection, inviting all fitness levels to join the journey.

John plays and coaches hockey, skis, plays guitar, and cheers on the New Jersey Devils.

John Redding

John is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University. He specializes in science-based lifting and believes exercise is one of the most effective forms of medicine.

His coaching focuses on proper form, making fitness accessible, and keeping sessions supportive and fun. John loves helping people build confidence, see progress, and become the version of themselves they want to be.

Amy Fauvie

Amy is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has also been a Group Exercise Instructor for over 10 years. She is certified in Spin, licensed in Zumba (basic, toning, gold, kids, chair)and teaches many other group exercise formats including Barbell, HIIT, Bootcamp and Dumbbell Strength.

Amy started her own fitness journey at 40 years old. “I woke up one day and realized I was over-weight, unhappy and lonely.” It was in that moment that Amy decided to make big changes. She went on to lose 54% of her body weight through diet and exercise. Fitness and exercise soon became her passion.

“I love what I do, and it’s because of the people I do it with. My heart is so full watching people transform their minds and bodies. I couldn’t be more proud of the people I coach every day. They show up for me, but more importantly, they show up for themselves. What more could I ask for?”

Mike Tello

Mike is a Personal Trainer who is certified through ISSA. He loves motivating his clients. Mike will do anything to get you to your next level of training. Mike loves bodybuilding and anything that has to do with working out. He also loves staying healthy and watching football (GO Cowboys!!!) In Mike’s spare time, he hangs out with his daughter Mia and likes to play video games.

Samantha Panek

Samantha is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through ACE. She is also indoor Cycle certified through Schwinn. She teaches Cycle, HIIT and Circuits classes. Sam has 4 kids aged 15-8. She is a volunteer at heart and acts as PTA Vice President as well as President for the kids summer swim team. She also lovescrafting and sewing.

Jazmine Lewis

Jazzy or Jaz! Jazmine started her fitness journey over 8 years ago. I She was a student who loved Zumba classes and with a little encouragement from her instructor, she decided to get licensed. Once licensed, she started subbing right away and eventually started her own classes. Jazzy truly enjoys motivating people through fitness. Now, she has her group fitness certification, teaches weight training classes and also teaches Cycling. Jazmine enjoys dancing the most, but wants to motivate her students through all forms of exercise.

Yomayra Ramos

Get ready to dance, sweat, and smile! Yomayra has been licensed in Zumba since 2017. She brings contagious energy, fun vibes, and fierce moves to every class. With a passion for music and movement, she creates an uplifting space where everyone—from beginners to seasoned dancers—can let loose and feel great.

Emily Dilger

Emily has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in psychology. She loves to continue to revolve her life around fitness and share her knowledge with others. Some things Emily loves to do are ski, play sports, see live music, travel, and be with her pup. She loves helping everyone on the gym and welcomes all questions at any time.

Peggy Sugrue

Peggy has been a fitness enthusiast forever and added yoga to her routine of strength and cardio over 20 years ago. She found it so beneficial for every day mobility tasks as well as soothing sore and tight muscles. Peggy has 700 hours of training and has been teaching for over 10 years. Proper alignment and technique are key components of her teaching style which is primarily vinyasa flow. It’s harder than you think and you will feel the benefits!

Chrissy Tierney

Always looking to add some fun, Chrissy blends her knowledge into each and every one of her classes so her students get the most they can every time. She is a firm believer it is a work in as well as a workout to make your health a lifestyle as opposed to a passing fad until the next one. She sees yoga as a compliment to that in order to maintain your mind/body connection to grow and make life better. She is always learning in order to blend more of her unique style into classes in an effort to create ways to take yoga off of the mat and into daily life.
